How we look after the information you give us through mikehow.com
Who we are
mikehow.com is run by mikehow.com Limited. For anything about your information, email info@mikehow.com.
What we collect
The details you send us through our forms, or by phone, email or WhatsApp: usually your name, contact details, the machine you are asking about and your message. We also count visits to our pages, without identifying you, unless you turn this off in Cookie settings.
How we use it
Only to reply to you and deal with your enquiry. We do this because you asked us to, and because it is in our legitimate interest to answer enquiries. We never sell your information.
Who else sees it
Only the companies that host our website and deliver our emails and messages, who handle it on our behalf. Some are based outside the UK; where your information leaves the UK, it is protected as UK law requires.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry, and longer only where the law requires, such as for our accounts.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@mikehow.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
